Personal Information We obtain

Children’s Personal Information
The Online Channels are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 16 through the Online Channels. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will promptly delete the information from our records. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us via our contact form and we will remove this information.
How We Use Personal Information

How Long We Keep Personal Data
Hi-Fi + (E&R BV) keeps your personal data for as long as necessary to complete your orders, including warranty. We then save data for a maximum of one year before the described one statistical purposes. The data is then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that is longer retention required (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).
Personal Information Sharing
- We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about you except as described here or at the time of collection.
- We may share personal information within our company for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- We may share personal information with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf (such as payment processing, order fulfillment, customer support and data analytics).
