Companies based in the Netherlands, Luxembourg or France can purchase from us under Intra-Community supply.

What is an Intra-Community supply?

The intra-Community supply and acquisition of goods occurs where goods are dispatched or transported between businesses in different Member States (MS) of the European Union (EU).

We do not grant intra-Community supplies of goods until the following conditions are met:

1. The buyer has a valid VAT number in the Netherlands, Luxembourg or France.
2. The goods must leave Belgium for destination the Netherlands, Luxembourg or France.

How can I as a company purchase intra-Community from Hi-Fi+? (Only valid for non-Belgian companies)

1. You create an account with us with the correct details of your company or you enter these details when paying for your order.
2. When filling in your details, choose the correct customer group that applies to you.
3. After selecting the correct customer group, the VAT number field will become visible under address details in your account or under billing details during checkout.

When we receive your order, we always check the accuracy of your data to prevent fraud.
