Shipping information

1. DELIVERY WITHIN BELGIUM AND TO THE NETHERLANDS

  • FREE shipping FROM 100 EURO!
  • Normal shipping cost = 7,50 €
  • All deliveries are always insured
  • Delivery is done by the transport company bpost, GLS or our own service
  • Quality control before we ship a product

2. DELIVERY TO LUXEMBOURG

  • Fixed shipping cost = 20,00 €
  • All deliveries are always insured
  • Delivery is done by the transport company bpost or GLS
  • Quality control before we ship a product

3. DELIVERY TO FRANCE

  • Fixed shipping cost = 28,00 €
  • All deliveries are always insured
  • Delivery is done by the transport company bpost or GLS

4. COLLECTION FROM OUR STORE IN BERLARE

You can also pick up your order in our store in Berlare. When the order is ready for you, you will be notified.


INFORMATION ABOUT BPOST AND GLS

Delivery via bpost (standard)

  • delivery from Monday to Saturday
  • packages up to 30kg each
  • insured

If you are not present at the address you provided:

Don’t worry, the postman will leave a “failed delivery card” in your recipient’s letterbox.

You can then easily:

  • Collect the parcel within 14 days (delivery day not included) from the nearest Post Office or Post Point mentioned on the card.

To change your delivery preference:

You can easily change your delivery preference for your parcel via the My bpost app or via Track & Trace, which you will receive from us and bpost by e-mail. As long as the button 'Adjust delivery preferences' is available, you can still change this.

Delivery via GLS

  • delivery from Monday to Friday
  • packages from 30kg each
  • packages sent via manufacturer or supplier
  • insured

If you are not present at the address you provided:

Your order will be returned to you the next working day.

In a second absence, the order will be returned. We will then contact you again to set a new delivery date.

Would you like to receive your order at a ParcelShop (collection point) or another delivery address?

You will receive an email from GLS when the package has been shipped. This allows you to change your delivery address to a Parcelshop or choose a delivery to a different address. You can also ask to have the package delivered on a later day.


Will I receive a message when I have placed an order?

Yes, you will automatically receive a confirmation email when your order is your order is placed. As soon as your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within one hour, something has gone wrong somewhere. The most common cause of this is a spam filter that blocks the email or an incomplete payment. In such a case, we recommend that you contact us. Include as much information as possible regarding your order and any payment.
